The ordering process & delivery
STEP ONE; place your order
Once you have selected your chosen item(s) and placed your order you will be sent a collection kit to send us your loved ones’ cremation ash and/or inclusions. This will be posted out via Royal Mail, and should arrive within a couple of days.
STEP TWO; return your pack
Please return the collection kit to us using your chosen method, all packaging will be provided within your kit. We would recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the most secure option to give you peace of mind.

STEP THREE; making your order
Once we have received your loved ones’ cremation ash and/or inclusions we will start creating your chosen item(s).
All inclusions will be kept in a safe and secure environment at all times. Just one person will work exclusively on your item from beginning to end, ensuring that your loved one’s are treated with the utmost care and respect at all times.
STEP FOUR; receiving your order
Your completed item(s) will be returned to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will require a signature. We always return leftover cremation ash and/or inclusions to you with your completed order useless otherwise instructed.
Delivery
Your completed order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery we do not charge extra for this service. This is a next-day service and will require a signature on delivery.
We hold no responsibility for lost parcels however we always use an insured service in an effort to prevent problems from arising.
