Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should this happen, you will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.
We may ask you to :

Send a photograph of the damaged item.
Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.
We will then :

Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Faulty Goods

If your product is found to be faulty or defective or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should your product become faulty, you will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.
We may ask you to :

Send a photograph of the damaged item.
Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.
We will then :

Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Unwanted Items

If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 14 days grace period after placing your order to for you to cancel. You will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Return the goods to us at your own cost, in the original packaging within 21 days of receipt
We will then :

Issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
