Terms and Conditions

By ordering from our Infinite Memories range it will automatically be our understanding that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions. If there is anything you do not agree with please get in touch before ordering. We reserve the right to refer customers back to this page if any issues arise that are listed within our terms and conditions.

When an order is placed you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been accepted, at this point the contract starts.

Each item is custom-made and will be unique, please bear in mind when ordering the colour variations of ashes or hair can vary the appearance of the finished piece.

PLEASE NOTE: White/Grey or Blonde hair/fur may go transparent within the resin. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct right size. Ring sizers can be provided with your inclusions kit, if required. If you do not know which size you require at the time of placing your order this could cause a small delay as rings will be ordered when the size is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Full payment must be made at the time of order, all prices for the Infinite Memories range include Royal Mail delivery as standard.


All orders are subject to stock availability, The majority of pendants, charms and earrings are usually kept in stock. Rings and bracelets will be sourced from suppliers, in the unlikely event that the supplier is out of stock, there will be 2 options;

1.Cancelling your order

2.Waiting until the piece is back in stock (we will always immediately notify you of the expected delay).

Amendments and cancellations​

If you need to amend your order please get in touch as soon as possible as once the making of your jewellery has begun it will not be possible to make amendments.

Cancellations can be made up until the point at which your inclusions are received by us, if your inclusions have been received and you wish to cancel your order the delivery cost for returning them to you will be deducted from your refund.


You accept full responsibility for posting your own inclusions to us and accept that should they go missing we are not liable in any way if this may occur. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and secure method of delivery.

Your inclusion will be treated with the utmost care and respect, all inclusions will remain in the sealed packaging until your order is processed. One person will work exclusively on your item from beginning to end ensuring that no mix-ups occur.

Any unused inclusions will be returned with the completed order, we recommend you keep hold of some of the inclusions ‘just incase’ you should have an accident with your item and it can’t be repaired or in the event that you require additional items. 

We do offer a minding service whereby we can keep a small amount for you. If you would like us to do this please note on the order form in your inclusion kit. If you would like us to keep hold of your ashes we will always keep them in clearly labelled, secure packaging and these can be returned at any time we will just ask you to cover the return postage costs unless being returned with an order.


All items for the Infinite Memories range are 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Some items feature a Rhodium plating onto the sterling silver, this helps to stop any natural tarnishing that can happen with sterling silver. Rhodium plating gives a hardwearing glossy shine.

Each stone is created using an extremely high-quality, non-toxic crystal clear resin. Which has been tested for many years and is widely used by memorial jewellery makers.


We give an estimated turnaround time for each piece ordered of approximately 21 days from when we receive your inclusions. Delays may occur at any time and these dates given are estimates only. We do however try our utmost to meet deadlines, if items are required for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure this is possible.


​The name and address on your order is the name and address we will dispatch your item to. Should you wish to change your delivery address after the order has been processed please message us, we will always confirm this change with you. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an out-of-date address. 

All prices include Royal Mail Special Delivery. We hold no responsibility for lost parcels however we always use an insured service and will do everything possible to prevent this.

Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handmade with your personal inclusion and due to their handmade nature returns and refunds are not possible unless faulty- in line with Distance Selling Regulations. 

In the highly unlikely event that your jewellery does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 working days so that the issue can be resolved.

Product Guarantee 

Each stone comes with a 12 Month guarantee, if your stone becomes damaged in any way please do get in touch as we can re-coat it for you free of charge.

We reserve the right to withdraw this service if our aftercare instructions have not been adhered to.

If you damage your item accidentally we are not obliged to refund or repair your items. However, we do try to help where we can. See our guarantee page for more information.
