How do you look after the ashes?

Your cremation ash and/or inclusions will be treated with the utmost care and respect and will remain in the sealed packaging until your order is processed. One person will work exclusively on your item(s) from beginning to end ensuring continuity at all times.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We give an estimated turnaround time for each piece ordered of approximately 21 days upon return of your collection kit. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We do, however, try our utmost to meet deadlines. If items are required for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure this is possible.

You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order has been processed and sent out to you.

How will my order be sent?

Your collection kit will be sent to you via Royal Mail and should be with you within a couple of days. Once your order is complete it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and will require a signature on delivery.

What kind of resin do you use?

We believe your precious items deserve the highest quality possible and have sourced an extremely high-quality, non-toxic crystal clear resin. 

How do I care for my jewellery?

Your order will arrive with a care card and a polishing cloth. Please also see our care instructions for more details. 

Do you give a guarantee?

Each stone is covered by a 12 month guarantee, if your stone becomes damaged in any way please get in touch as we will restore it for you free of charge.

Can you include ashes from more than one person?

Of course, that’s not a problem at all, please just let us know and we will include extra packaging in your collection kit.

Can you add hair instead of ashes?

Absolutely yes we can, we would require just a small amount of hair in the bag provided, any remaining hair will be returned with your order. PLEASE NOTE: White/Grey or Blonde hair/fur may go transparent within the resin and will not be easily visible.

Do you offer engraving on memorial items?

We engrave in-house and the answer is absolutely yes! Items that can be engraved will be marked on the individual product listings.

How do I know which ring size to order?

The best way to make sure you get the perfect fit is to pop into a local jeweller and ask them to do it for you. We can include a ring sizer in your kit free of charge if you prefer to measure yourself. These can be requested when you are placing your order using the dropdown box provided.

When measuring your finger simply make the ring sizer into a loop, tighten until it feels right and slide on and off ensuring it fits over your knuckle. The size will be the letter that the arrow on the sizer is pointing at.

We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect sizes being ordered. So please ensure you are ordering the correct size.

How will my order be packaged?

All our items are beautifully packaged in a gift box which includes a polishing cloth, a care card and a certificate of authentication. 

What do you do with leftover inclusions? 

Any unused inclusions will be returned with the completed order, we recommend you keep hold of some of the inclusions ‘just incase’ you should have an accident with your item and it can’t be repaired or in the event that you require additional items. 

We do offer a minding service whereby we can keep a small amount for you. If you would like us to do this please note on the order form in your inclusion kit. If you would like us to keep hold of your ashes we will always keep them in clearly labelled, secure packaging and these can be returned at any time we will just ask you to cover the return postage costs unless being returned with an order.
